I had thought about making my child go to school on an emergency basis, but I've talked to the school secretary and she says that the school is still teaching in Chinese. It's a public school so there should be Chinese-speaking teachers, but since they're teaching in Chinese, there are a lot of communication problems. (I didn't find out this information until after I got the keys, but it should have been made clear by the secretary.)
So I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. I'm considering making my child stay home this week and teach her Mandarin myself in order to help her get ready for her election. That's the most convenient option, but it's also a lot of work for me.
I did some research on the election and found that I could run for president if I'm a student, but that I wouldn't be eligible if I'm in school. So I decided to run for vice president and my daughter will run for president. I also talked to the secretary again. She told me that the vote is in two weeks.
As for where I'm at with the work on the wiki, I'm trying to get it organized and reorganized so that I can start writing articles. I have a few ideas
